Giving Back The Community We Love So Much

As a local group in the community, we know how much we rely on the communities we are privileged to serve, and we don’t take that fact lightly. Throughout the years, with a variety of initiatives, our team makes it a point to raise and donate funds for charities that have a big impact on our communities. We do this because like you, we know that caring communities don’t just grow themselves – they really do need a helping hand.

Plumbers Care along with our local plumbers look forward to proudly donated thousands of hours over the years to great charities like Dare To Care For The Homeless. We need your support. If you would like to volunteer to reach our to local plumbers to help us grow our community please contact us. (562) 334-2971 Volunteers can also help take pictures of events we have and create content for social media. Any ideas or suggestions are very helpful. Plumbers Care

Good Plumbers are Good People

Mission Statement
To Find Meaningful Ways to Give Back to the Community.

Plumbers Care is committed to helping professionals of the plumbing industry the understand and reflect upon the concept of social responsibility. We seek to find meaningful ways of implementing those ideas. The benefits of a strong social responsibility program include:

  • Increased Profits

  • Strong Brand Image

  • Sustained Solid Reputation

  • A Strong Competitive Advantage.

Customers feel comforted when the business they support gives back to the community they do business in. It reassures them that they made the correct choice in choosing that establishment to support with their patronage. The rise of the conscious consumer is a powerful new lifestyle choice that places a social value on the decision of where to spend their money. Customers now take their own values into account and want to make sure that the companies they support share their same values.

The word “plumbing” comes from the word plumbum, which is Latin for lead. which is ironic, because most people these days want to take the lead out of their plumbing.

People are thinking really hard about they way they want to consume. The business implications are huge in the plumbing industry. The plumbing companies that do not address this will be out of business very quickly. Plumbing owners must view their business as a prudent investor. Employees that buy into the concept of being social responsible are more valuable to the company they work for.

Plumbers Care is a humanitarian movement committed to uplifting the most marginalized members of our society. Safe water and sanitation are a basic human rights. Plumbers Care donates its core competence to worthy causes such as;

Educating the youth and teaching plumbing skills to children.

Mentoring and helping people obtain jobs in the plumbing industry.

Providing Pro-Bono work for homeless shelters

Plumbers Care has been established to work with both plumbing open shops and plumbing unions. Plumbing is a noble career worthy of professional pride. Albert Einstein once said that if he could do it all again, he would be a plumber.Plumbing is an essential time honored trade Young children will cherish the dream of becoming a plumber because of the good image and exemplary of the people involved in this occupation. Mastering a craft and being financially successful is just as important ant as rendering small acts of kindness.

The commercialization of  the plumbing business makes it more efficient and profitable. However, the plumbing professional is bound by ethical considerations to keep the industry from falling into corruption and disfavor. Careful consideration must be taken to maintain high standards that encourage people to trust the tradesman.

Mistrust among the plumbing clients are at an all time high. Using cheap parts, overcharging and suggesting work that customers do not really need is rampant in the plumbing world. We must invest in our humanity and not see ourselves as a plumber but as a valuable member of the community. Our reputation is important and it matters.

"There are no traffic jams along the extra mile."

Money should never override ethics. Plumbers are not just plumbers they are people too.  People should look at a plumber and say there goes a good person not there goes a greedy person. The good thing about about the plumbing profession is that anybody can become a plumber. The bad thing about the plumbing profession is that anybody can become a plumber. Plumbers are not taught how to run a shop and sometimes it is just easier to cut corners without giving consideration to the ethical implications.

A plumbers reputation and public image is essential to the persons long term success. Operating a plumbing business is not easy and it is one of the most competitive industries. According to Google, plumbing is the third most competitive industry on the internet. This pressure makes prioritizing ethical standards difficult at times. Since 1963, there has been enough copper piping installed in American homes to wrap around the Earth 200 times – about 5.3 million miles worth. Plumbing is not for everyone and just to prove this point Nintendo's Italian plumber, Mario brother quite the profession. But, his brother Luigi has vowed to continue the family profession.
